OUR STORY

Born and raised in Saigon, we grew up surrounded by the comforting flavors of Vietnamese street food, especially pho. When we moved to the U.S., we longed for the authentic taste of home, so we decided to recreate it ourselves.

At Pho Xóm ("xóm" means "small neighborhood" in Vietnamese), we craft each bowl the traditional way, from our 12-hour simmered broth to wok-seared beef cooked in garlic and beef tallow. Every detail reflects the food we grew up eating and the memories that shaped us.

What started as two homesick kids searching for a taste of Vietnam has become our way of sharing it with our new community here in Texas.
